Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, therapy is confidential. Your therapist is bound by strict ethical and legal guidelines to protect your privacy. Everything discussed in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with a few exceptions, such as situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. These exceptions will be explained to you in detail in the consent form that you will be provided by your therapist to sign while initiating your therapy.

How do I know I need therapy?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, therapy might be helpful for you. It's also beneficial if you're facing specific challenges such as relationship issues, work stress, or major life changes. Therapy is a supportive space to explore your feelings and find constructive ways to address them.

How many sessions will I need?

The duration of therapy varies depending on the individual's needs, goals, and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Some people may benefit from just a few sessions, while others might find long-term therapy more beneficial. During your initial sessions, you and your therapist can discuss a timeline that best suits your situation.

Do you do in person/ virtual sessions?

Both are available. Offline sessions are available at 2nd Floor Twin Oak Building Woodstock Business Centre Borewell Road Bangalore, Karnataka

What if I don't feel a connection with my therapist?

A strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective therapy. If you don't feel a connection with your therapist, it’s important to share your concerns.
